Update on the New Public Service Sick Leave Scheme

 

Dear Branch Secretary

 

The unions were advised following a Labour Court hearing yesterday that the New Public Service Sick Leave Scheme will be delayed and will not come into force from the 1st January 2014 as previously advised.
