Officers for 2012-2013
The following Officers were elected for 2012-2013 at the Annual Delegate Conference held in May 2012:
Chairperson - Tom Allen 
Tom joined the civil service in 1975 and has worked in the Departments of Agriculture; Enterprise and Employment; Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. He has been working in the Meath District of the Revenue Commissioners since early 2008.
Tom has been actively involved in civil service trade union affairs. He was Chairman of the Department of Agriculture branch of the PSEU during the 1980s/1990s. He was a member of the PSEU Executive Committee for many years, serving as Vice President and President of the union. He served on both the Agriculture and CRAGA branches of the AHCPS and has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2004.
Vice-Chairperson - John Glennon 
John Glennon, Courts Service was elected to the position of Vice-Chairperson of Association.
Treasurer - Billy Thompson
Billy Thompson, Revenue Branch, was elected to the position of Treasurer of the Association at the 2011 ADC. Billy is from Tralee in County Kerry. He joined the civil service in 1979 and worked for a year in the Cork Revenue Office as a VAT Official before transferring to Kerry. He was promoted to Inspector of Taxes in 1993 and appointed an Assistant Principal in 2003. He has served in the Revenue’s Large Cases Division since that time.
Billy has been an officer with the Revenue Branch since 2006, a Branch Committee member for many years and active in union affairs throughout the 1990s. He was co-opted to the AHCPS Executive in June 2009 and re-elected in 2010.
