Circular 30/2013 – Financial Emergency Legislation & Explanatory Memo

Dear Branch Secretary

Please see attach links to the Financial Legislation and Explanatory Memo which the Government is introducing to reduce the salary of public servants earning over 65k. This has to been read in conjunction with The Haddington Road proposals circulated earlier. The Executive Committee will be considering the Legislation and Proposals shortly.
