Dear Branch Secretary

The attached is an address by Mr Fergus Finlay, CEO Barnardos, to a recent meeting of the Consultative Council of the Association. The Consultative Council is comprised of the Executive Committee and the Chairman and Secretary of each branch.

The address was followed by a wide ranging discussion and question and answer session.

Branch Secretaries are asked to circulate to members.
