Civil Service Employee Assistance Service want to advise that they have compiled various resources on their special COVID-19 resources page which is available on their website cseas.per.gov.ie/coronavirus-covid19-support/ which contains information on maintaining good mental health and tips on self-care. In addition, the Civil Service Employee Assistance Service (CSEAS) have also extended the operational hours as follows Mon-Fri 9am – 8pm, Sat and Sun 12 noon – 4pm. Staff can speak directly to an Employee Assistance Officer during these hours, at ph. 0761 00 00 30 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
